Appropriate stakeholders are identified based on several factors, including alignment with our goals and values, expertise, willingness to collaborate, location and reputation. We strive to maintain an open and ongoing dialogue with each group.
Stakeholder engagement occurs at all levels of the Company, from employees in our manufacturing plants to senior management in our Business Units and Divisions to our Board of Directors.
